It depends on the model. Leaf, Model 8, Galaxy, Diva, Space and Aloura use an E27 socket with LED bulbs only. Delta uses three GU10 spots, Quadra uses two, and the Libra has a built-in Samsung LED module that needs no bulb at all. A bulb is included with every lamp except the Libra, which does not need one. Halogen, mirror and 12 V bulbs must never be used in the E27 models; they overheat the fixture. The E27 models are not dimmable as standard, but a dimmable version can be ordered; bulbs come as Edison vintage (2200–2700 K) or white frosted (2700–4000 K). GU10 models take any GU10 bulb at 2700–4000 K, and the Libra module runs at 3000–4000 K. Each product page lists the exact socket, wattage and bulb shape.

Production takes 25 to 40 business days depending on the model (roughly five to eight weeks), plus shipping. The exact lead time for each lamp is on its product page. Colour and quantity can affect it.

The Leaf arrives fully assembled. Every other model is delivered partially assembled: the tubes are mounted on site, which is what keeps the larger pendants shippable. Assembly instructions are included, and the electrical connection should always be made by a qualified electrician.

It varies with the model and size: 150 cm on the smaller lamps, 200 or 250 cm on the larger ones, and 300 cm on the Aloura. The cable is textile-covered and can be shortened during installation. Custom lengths are available at no extra cost.

Five anodised finishes: Pearl, Grey, Black, Orange and Dark Green. Two-tone combinations are available on request.

The Galaxy: its flat form was designed for rooms with low ceilings. Elongated models such as the Leaf come into their own in rooms with height.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth only: no water, polishing agents or abrasive materials. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning.

They are rated IP20, which means no water protection; Loomiosa pendants are designed for dry interior spaces.

Yes. Lamps for the US and Canada are fitted with E26 sockets instead of E27 — the GU10 models (Delta, Quadra) keep their GU10 sockets — and every electrical component is UL listed, the North American equivalent of CE marking. Bulbs are not included with US models. One exception: the Libra, with its built-in LED module, is currently not available in North America. In the US and Canada, Loomiosa is sold through Lumens.

Parts of every lamp are made by hand, so colours, shapes and finishes may vary slightly between pieces. We work to keep those differences small.
